SOUTH AFRICA: Bruce & Yvonne Crawford took dresses with them on a recent trip to South Africa. The orphanage where they delivered the dresses was celebrating Mandela Day and "Christmas in July." Click HERE to see a video of their adorable 'fashion show!'
GHANA: Many times we receive donations of fabric that are not useable for making dresses for our girls. We typically only use cotton and sometimes we get some amazing satins, silks, taffetas, etc. We've recently partnered wit the Nyame Do Women's Center in Ghana, an organization who teaches women to sew (on treadle machines...imagine!!) using all kinds of fabrics.
